Booking Your Treatment
To make a reservation for your chosen treatment, you may do via our online booking system or call us on 020 7837 1945 or by email to to request your appointment. We request an e-mail address and mobile number so that we can send you a confirmation & reminder of your appointment. To secure your booking, you will be required to provide a debit or credit card details.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge. Failure to cancel will incur the full charge of the appointment made.

Liabilities And Losses
Please be advised that we do not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings when using our facilities.

All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice and sometimes are available only in store.  All treatments and packages are subject to availability and cannot be amended. Gratuities are not included and are welcomed at your discretion.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available to use for all of our spa treatments and all products range in store. Our gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase and available to the value of your choice. Gift vouchers are non transferable to another person, non refundable and non exchangeable. Gift vouchers are valid for use by the voucher recipient only and their name must be on the voucher’s card. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Change is not given on purchases which cost less than the value of the Gift voucher presented. Gift voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount and any discount on  a loyalty card. No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost stolen or destroyed vouchers.
