Booking Policy

At 7 Day Spa Massage & Beauty Islington, we aim to provide a seamless and relaxing experience for all our clients. Please review our booking policies to ensure the best service for everyone.

Booking Deposit

  • A 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

  • Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

Illness Policy

  • If you are feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as possible and cancel your appointment to protect the health of our staff and clients.

  • If a doctor’s certificate is provided within 7 days, you may receive a full refund of your deposit or reschedule without penalty.

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, we will accommodate you as best as possible; however, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client.

  • The full service fee will still apply.
