Booking Deposit

A 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.
Illness Policy

If you are feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as possible and cancel your appointment to protect the health of our staff and clients.

If a doctor’s certificate is provided within 7 days, you may receive a full refund of your deposit or reschedule without penalty.
No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will accommodate you as best as possible; however, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client.

The full service fee will still apply.
